Last week students in Mr. Hittle’s class at Coal City High School completed a simulation project in which they created a business model for pizza sales at the Coal City High School Football games. They used the concepts of supply and demand to find the best price to sell pizza at. By the end of the project, students had predicted the pizza price that would maximize profit, and how much money they could make from one night of sales.
