Mr. Kennell's Welcome Page

I am a Business Instructor at Coal City High School.  The courses I teach are Multimedia 1, Consumer Education, Business Management, Sports & Entertainment Marketing, Introduction to Computer Science, AP Computer Science Principles, Engineering Technology, Entrepreneurial Publishing (Coaler Creations), and BTW Drivers Education.  I am the high school head golf coach, 7th grade boys basketball coach, and adviser for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA).

I attended Illinois State University and received a degree in Business Management (2000) and a degree in Business Education (2004).  I have a Masters Degree in Instructional Design & Technology from Western Illinois University (2009). I have received a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education (2011). I have my K-12 General Administrative endorsement, as well as my Technology Specialist endorsement. I am also endorsed in Business Education, Marketing, Cooperative Teacher Coordinator, and Safety & Driver Education.
