Welcome to Mr. Taylor's Webpage!

I am, obviously, Mr. Taylor, but people close to me call me Richie. I am one of the science teachers here at CCHS. I will be teaching chemistry, honors chemistry, and AP chemistry this 23-24 school year. This is now my second year as a professional educator and at CCHS, but I have spent almost the last decade in the chemical industry and try to bring all that experience with me into the classroom. I graduated from La Salle - Peru High School, received a bachelor's in chemistry from Illinois State University, and then returned to ISU for my professional educator's license. Outside of school I enjoy whitewater kayaking, camping, and any other activity that gives me an excuse to be out in nature.

 

I will upload all course materials onto Google Classroom, which students will have joined during the first week of school.
