Teaching is an opportunity for me to combine my passions for students, learning, reading, and writing.  Students inspire and teach me each and every day. My classroom is a nurturing space requiring mutual respect.  A safe environment is essential for taking risks, making mistakes and going about the very messy process of learning and growing.
