Cheer team captures second place in first competition

 

The Coal City High School cheerleaders took the mat for the first competition of the season and finished in second place.

“The team worked tirelessly to perform a clean routine, and their hard work paid off. We're so proud of our cheerleaders for their outstanding performance,” Coach Amber Ryle said of the Nov. 24 competition at Wilmington High School. 

The next competition for the Coalers competition cheer team is Saturday, Dec. 7 at Reed-Custer High School.
