Bandsaw Taxidermy
Use the instructions from Instructables as a guide to create some bandsaw taxidermy (You do not have to start with the same sized pieces that the instructions state.
This is a fun project that helps you to get more practice with your bandsaw skills.
The Noun Project is a cool website for finding 2D pictures of lots of different stuff. It might be useful to find a profile of the animal you'd like to sketch.
These work best with a combination of scrap woods, but if we don't have anything large enough, you can use some wood from the mezzanine.
Consider the following in choosing the animal you would like to create:

They make great gifts for family members at the holidays!
Holiday decorations? Reindeer? Rudolph?!?!
Jackalopes are cool!
Draw, Cut, Assemble, and color your project as needed to create a fun effect, then take a picture and turn it in.
