Joe Micetich

Welcome! This is the page for Mr. Micetich. I teach Financial Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra 2. I am a Coal City graduate, so it is great to be back in my hometown. After high school, I attended Illinois State University and earned my degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. I completed my student-teaching experience in Wilmington High School and then landed my first teaching job in Dwight Township High School. I taught there for two years where I was also coaching Basketball as well as Baseball at the JV level. This is my third year teaching, but my first back in Coal City. I will be the Assistant Golf coach in the fall season and the head JV Boys Basketball coach for the winter season. I am so excited for this year!
